Insanity workout after thoughts.

Hi, My name is Alex. This is my workout blog. Over the past 60 days, I had been doing my insanity workout, and I found myself on the edge of losing 15 pounds. It was the most incredible experience I had in my life. Now I weight only 159, and more than 2 months ago I weight 173. And I did not spend as much time as I use to on doing my new workout, so I was able to keep my schedule steady between work and school. Insanity is awesome.

About Me

My Name is Alex. This is my personal fitness blog. When I fist started this blog in 2011, I simply documented each and every workout I have done.
This really helped me to stay on track. I figured since this blog was public and that if I managed to get 1 follower, I would have to commit myself to the Max.

I got into fitness since high school. I was very passionate about how to become more athletic, and having played basketball for almost a decade,
but since I injuried myself through playing I hadn't really done much. My friends were into the beachbody workout, and I didn't have any
intention doing it, but I found myself addicted to it. So I bought the DVD, and startd working out on my own, and I 've got
incredible results after 2 weeks. And I also adjust my diet to pure alkalinity diet, which cleanse all the toxin in my body and I felt
incredibly heathy and unstoppable after each workout. I was amazed by how much I could change the look and shape of my body by
exercising six times a week. I am now in the best shape of my life, and I am still working to make it better.



I was always sick at the age of 7 andd suffered many illness immensely, I was the person who is going in and out of the hospital all the timne.
I had been prescribed numerous medications over a few year, and I became allegic to many of them. From my experience, these meds were good for
only one thing: make me feel worse. Just my experience. I was not okay with taking a medication for the rest of my life just to get through the
day.I was determined to find a better way and I found it in exercise and eat alkalinity.



Living a healthy lifestyle has been the miracle and the best time of my life. I still go through tough periods from time to time but since
summer 2008 my outlook on life has improved dramatically. I know my reason for living( which I believe is to share my passion for fitness and healthy living with others)
and I no longer curl up in the dark and counting endless things I shoulda done. I was always should all over myself and found myself in a no men's land between
should I make the change because it's painful or should I don't make the change because it's also painful.That's was what I used to be.



Exercise is the time with myself - even if I am working out with my closest friends!  I now have more peace, happiness and joy in my life than ever and
I want others to experience the same as often as possible. We only live once, let's live it to the fullest. Turn the frowns upside down, walk with passion
and confidence and just enjoy this life we've been give.

Insanity Week Nine Saturday

It has been a really tough week, but I was able to pull it off. I am at the end of my journey here. So I will command myself to the produce the best result in this 70 days long marathon to push the max. It is today and I am going to do Max Conditioning and Insane abs. And I am ready to get insane.

Insanity Week Five Recovery

Okay, sow after four weeks of insane behind me I am heading into my Day 1 Recovery Week.Wow. Even the word recovery make me feel more eased. Like I said in my last past, I had put an extreme amount of efforts into this training, and it looked pretty exciting. It was definitely different that the workout I had done over the past and I am definitely geared for recovery. As I started with those jump rope, switch heel things I was hoping for some jogging in place, I feel I am in control. Recovery is more slow paced and I did enjoy that. I still sweat and got my heart rate up for sure. You do a lot of different movements and I guess somehow help me to explode different movement my body can do. Because 6 days of anything can get boring real fast so Shuan T mixes it up all bit for you. There are also tiny little breaks between exercise and Shaun T will give you 30 seconds to breathe. Of course you can hop right into it if you know how.


First Month. I lost 6 pounds. It was a good start. Let me get some rest this week, please.

Week Four Insanity Saturday


If you want an intense circuit workout, Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit will give you plenty of sweats.
I am going to say this Plyometric Cardio Circuit workout is the HARDEST DVD WORKOUT I HAVE EVER DONE.
When done properly, it's at least twice as hard as any other DVD workout I have done.

Week 4 Insanity Workout Day 1

This is week four. Day 1. I am going to do pure cardio and cardio abs. I hope it won't be as hard as last time.I really don't like to do this cardio workout, and I wasn't really a big fan of boot camp workout, but ironically, the more I do it and the farther I got along with this program, the more I like it. It is a JOKE!
Good Luck.



Doing cardio workout is a necessity for developing a lean abs and muscular body. Now, right in front of me it's this best cardio workout I have ever done, so
I am going to take advantage of it.

Pure cardio is a non-repeat workout, meaning that all and do each exercise one time and you can move on to the next one.

This seems to make the workout more fun to play with.

Cardio abs, it's nice to sit down after an intense workout from  pure cardio, and the best thing about cardio is there are no crunches.

Insanity Week 3 Saturday

Today is Saturday Again, and I can't wait to do my Plyometric Circuit. Luck this week I only have to do one workout.


It is just what is said it is a killer workout. Plyometric involves many jumping and running in place after the warm-up.
In circuit training you get 30 second rest in between sets which was a giant challenge to me.
It was created on the purpose on having a long workout with little rest comparing other type of cardio training a long rest and a short burst of workout.

Week One Saturday



I fought through the whole week and each day is getting harder and harder, I believe I can do my last work out today. Working on how to make better adjustment to my 2135 calories diet.

Insanity Week One

Week one of Insanity:

I finally got my hand on the program. This is Day 1 Fit Test.
And I was doing it with my friends and they seemed to have a hard time doing it and We were sweating like crazy,it was a mental breakdown and I manage to push myself to the limits and move my heavy body for 32 minutes, and I look over every one else to see if they are still alive and we came out

hard. I always thought I am in better shape, but the numbers from my fit test told the truth, and I was totally driven to go for it. I was completely sold by this program.
And everyone had the facial expression of just came out of an heart attack.And it was only the beginning!
