Insanity Workout Review

Hi, My Name is Alex.I am 24 years old now, and I had never pictured I could lose 14 pounds. I look around at my friends and they were all working out, but they just couldn't get the result and I was one of them. So I was frustrated and confused.

I've try many protein product, and other forms of resistance training , but I wasn't getting the result. I started to ask myself one question. Why? Is there all there is or there is more to the picture?

· Cardio Abs: And when you want to target your abs even more, this video is going to help you burn even more fat with extreme cardio. (20 minutes)

Insanity workout after thoughts.

Hi, My name is Alex. This is my workout blog. Over the past 60 days, I had been doing my insanity workout, and I found myself on the edge of losing 15 pounds. It was the most incredible experience I had in my life. Now I weight only 159, and more than 2 months ago I weight 173. And I did not spend as much time as I use to on doing my new workout, so I was able to keep my schedule steady between work and school. Insanity is awesome.

About Me

My Name is Alex. This is my personal fitness blog. When I fist started this blog in 2011, I simply documented each and every workout I have done.
This really helped me to stay on track. I figured since this blog was public and that if I managed to get 1 follower, I would have to commit myself to the Max.

I got into fitness since high school. I was very passionate about how to become more athletic, and having played basketball for almost a decade,
but since I injuried myself through playing I hadn't really done much. My friends were into the beachbody workout, and I didn't have any
intention doing it, but I found myself addicted to it. So I bought the DVD, and startd working out on my own, and I 've got
incredible results after 2 weeks. And I also adjust my diet to pure alkalinity diet, which cleanse all the toxin in my body and I felt
incredibly heathy and unstoppable after each workout. I was amazed by how much I could change the look and shape of my body by
exercising six times a week. I am now in the best shape of my life, and I am still working to make it better.



I was always sick at the age of 7 andd suffered many illness immensely, I was the person who is going in and out of the hospital all the timne.
I had been prescribed numerous medications over a few year, and I became allegic to many of them. From my experience, these meds were good for
only one thing: make me feel worse. Just my experience. I was not okay with taking a medication for the rest of my life just to get through the
day.I was determined to find a better way and I found it in exercise and eat alkalinity.



Living a healthy lifestyle has been the miracle and the best time of my life. I still go through tough periods from time to time but since
summer 2008 my outlook on life has improved dramatically. I know my reason for living( which I believe is to share my passion for fitness and healthy living with others)
and I no longer curl up in the dark and counting endless things I shoulda done. I was always should all over myself and found myself in a no men's land between
should I make the change because it's painful or should I don't make the change because it's also painful.That's was what I used to be.



Exercise is the time with myself - even if I am working out with my closest friends!  I now have more peace, happiness and joy in my life than ever and
I want others to experience the same as often as possible. We only live once, let's live it to the fullest. Turn the frowns upside down, walk with passion
and confidence and just enjoy this life we've been give.

Insanity Week Nine Saturday

It has been a really tough week, but I was able to pull it off. I am at the end of my journey here. So I will command myself to the produce the best result in this 70 days long marathon to push the max. It is today and I am going to do Max Conditioning and Insane abs. And I am ready to get insane.
