Insanity Workout Week Seven Day 1

Max Cardio Conditioning. I am a little nervous about that right now. It seems like I have to work out for 58 mins straight in a row. I am sweating already. Let's go do it.

    Great blog and very helpful videos. I have been doing regular cardio exercises 6 days a week (Sunday off) to burn fat, regulate metabolism and to lose weight. Cardio exercises are great to tone body and to lead active and healthy lifestyle.
