Insanity Workout Review

Hi, My Name is Alex.I am 24 years old now, and I had never pictured I could lose 14 pounds. I look around at my friends and they were all working out, but they just couldn't get the result and I was one of them. So I was frustrated and confused.

I've try many protein product, and other forms of resistance training , but I wasn't getting the result. I started to ask myself one question. Why? Is there all there is or there is more to the picture?

· Plyometric Cardio Circuit: With intense cardio work that using plyometrics, you’ll begin to burn fat quickly and reshape your lower body in less than an hour.  (40 minutes)
· Cardio Power & Resistance: By using powerful strength training movements, you’ll work on your upper body in this DVD and you’ll be able to change the way your body’s definition looks. (40 minutes)
· Cardio Recovery & Max Recovery: While this DVD certainly isn’t easy, it’s going to take things down a notch to help you recover and be ready for the next month’s workouts. (80 minutes)
· Pure Cardio & Abs: For the most fat burning, this DVD focuses on a hard cardio workout, as well as targeting the abdominal area to give you a flatter stomach. (40 minutes)
· Cardio Abs: And when you want to target your abs even more, this video is going to help you burn even more fat with extreme cardio. (20 minutes)

Month 2 Workouts

    Great blog with very informative post and helpful videos. Like to add besides workout we must focus in diet plans also and add raw food more in our diet plans. Increase water intake and avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda.
